Adults facing mental health and substance use concerns, or who are affected by someone else’s concerns, can seek low cost and local support from the following organizations. Depending on the severity of your health concerns, additional resources may be needed. Please contact your family physician.

Provides support for emotional, relational, or situational challenges. Counselling provides strategies, tools, and frameworks to strengthen and improve view, mood, and life balance.

CBT-SKILLS-LOGO

An 8-week group medical visit for patients who want to learn practical tools to improve their mental health. 90 min group visits with up to 16 patients using Zoom.
