This page is here to support you in navigating your care or the care of a friend or family member. 

Your Mental Health care is important at any age and any stage. All these organizations have friendly and supportive staff able and willing to help you improve and maintain your healthcare needs. 

Most referrals can be completed by you, a family member, and or a friend. If you have any questions about the best fit or any additional mental health and substance use supports, please contact your family physician.

The lists below reflect our local resources, there are additional resources available through private and provincial services. Please be understanding, with an increased need for mental health resources, wait times do exist. For emergency crisis services please go to your nearest emergency department or contact 9-1-1.
