Clinical Pharmacy

Our PCN Clinical Pharmacist offer Langley community members one-on-one medication reviews and education support. Offering one to two in-person or virtual appointments, your clinical pharmacist will provide an opportunity to ask about your current prescription medications and work with you and your family care provider to simplify your daily routines. 

Eligibility

• Patient is attached to a Langley Family Physician or Nurse Practitioner

• Patient is 18 years or older

• Patient is suspected to fall within the mild to moderate range

• Patient cannot access service through other measures (e.g. WCB, ICBC, extended health benefits)
